Brentwood Custom Homes Wins Two Highest Awards In Volusia County Parade Of Homes
Altamonte Springs, Fla. - Brentwood Custom Homes, one of the area's leading builders of custom homes priced at $1 million or more, won two of the most prestigious awards during the recent Volusia County Parade of Homes.
 
Mark Herring, president of Brentwood Custom Homes, said the Mirasol II luxury model home at Riviera Bella on the St. John's River in DeBary won the Parade's top score award, a compilation of the highest scores in all judging categories. 
 
The same luxury model home also won the Parade's Grand Award as the best luxury home priced from the $2 million to $2.3 million mark. 
 
Herring said he is delighted by the awards.  "We entered few categories this year and put all our energies into the Mirasol II model luxury home at Riviera Bella," Herring said.  "Winning the Parade's top honors in its category is a real honor," he said.   
 
The Mirasol II offers 4,537 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four baths, den and bonus room.
