ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Brentwood Custom Homes was recently honored by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida. The Altamonte Springs-based custom builder was named 2006-2007 Home Builder of the Year.
Frank Pizzica, chief executive officer of Brentwood Custom Homes, said the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida recognizes local homebuilders who have proven their commitment to excellence in construction quality and customer satisfaction, while epitomizing the entrepreneurial spirit which is the backbone of the homebuilding industry.
“It is certainly an honor to be recognized by our friends in the mortgage industry who we have worked so very closely with for so many years. I thank them all for their hard work and cooperation, which has permitted our company to grow and to make homeownership attainable for so many,” Pizzica said.
Pizzica said the Home Builder of the Year recipient is selected by a majority of votes of the membership of the association, which is composed of the most active mortgage banking professionals in the greater Orlando area.
Brentwood Custom Homes is currently building in 11 custom home communities in Central Florida and Palm Coast.
