Fairfield Model in Volusia Parade of Homes Grand Award Winner

Altamonte Springs, Fla. – Brentwood Custom Homes based in Altamonte Springs and one of the most active custom homebuilders in central Florida, won the Grand Award from judges for the highest point score of all home entries in the 2005 Volusia County Parade of Homes.

Mark Herring, president of Brentwood Custom Homes, said the Fairfield model home at Victoria Park in Lake Helen was also  judged to be the best in its price range of $1.2 to $1.5 million in the Volusia Parade. 

|Herring said the Fairfield model, authentically executed in a Country Tradition style, offers 4,418 square feet of living area including four bedrooms, five baths, a den, bonus room and home theater.
