First model home opens at Heathrow Country Estates

Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Brentwood Custom Homes has opened its first luxury model home at Heathrow Country Estates on CR 46A and SR 46 in Lake County.

Mark Herring, president of Brentwood Custom Homes, said the Bel Air model home at Heathrow Country Estates offers 4,162 square feet of living space in a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, single-story design.

Herring said the home, complete with lavish interiors by Marc-Michaels of Winter Park, is priced at $2 million.

Brentwood is currently building two spec homes at Heathrow Country Estates. Herring said both homes will be priced in the $1 million range when they open next year.
