Victoria Park Model Home Wins Second Major Award

Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- The Fairfield model home by Brentwood Custom Homes at Victoria Park in DeLand recently won its second major homebuilder award.

The Fairfield was named winner of the Grand Aurora Award as “best designed model home” by the Southeast Building Conference.  The awards are given for demonstrated building and design excellence.

Earlier this year Brentwood’s Fairfield model home won the Grand Award as the best model home priced in the $1.2 to $1.5 million range by the Volusia County Parade of Homes.

Frank Pizzica, owner of Brentwood Custom Homes, said: “We have never won two major awards with a single model home and we are delighted.  I think the dramatic kitchen and baths were the most impressive elements for the judges, but the pool and spa area are what get the biggest oohs and ahs from judges who tour the Fairfield.”

The Fairfield model offers 4,418 square feet of living area, including four bedrooms, five baths, a den, bonus room and home theater.
